Berwick High School (Columbia County) Seat Belt Check

A seatbelt check was held at the Berwick HS, Columbia County, on Apr. 14, 2010. The seatbelt check was sponsored by the Berwick High School SADD organization and the Berwick Police Department. Sgt. Roger Bodwalk, Berwick Police School Resource Officer, helped coordinate the event. Students who were buckled up received candy as an incentive. All drivers received Click-It or Ticket information.

Educational Program Training for PSP

Six Perry County State Troopers were trained in Survival 101 and Sixteen Minutes traffic safety educational programs. The class took place on March 3 at the Newport PA State Police Station and was instructed by Area 2 LEL Lindsay Deppen.
