Click It or Ticket Aims To Save Lives of College Students
In Pennsylvania, there are four groups of people who are least likely to buckle up.

Males Ages 18-34
This age group represents only 25% of American men, but accounts for almost 50% of all male traffic fatalities.

Pick-Up Truck Occupants
Three in four people killed in pick-up truck crashes are unbuckled.

Nighttime Occupants
Over 80% of people killed in after-dark crashes are unbuckled.

Young Adults
Traffic crashes remain the number one killer of young people ages 16-24.

We're Serious About Saving Lives
Pennsylvania police officers know buckling up can mean the difference between life and death. That´s why we enforce the seat belt law 24 / 7. If you´re stopped and cited for a traffic violation and found to be unbuckled, you´ll get two tickets, two fines. A secondary seat belt citation will add an additional $60 to your ticket, so Click It or Ticket.
