Click It or Ticket 2009 Berks County Kickoff

Berks County kicked off the May 2009 Click It or Ticket mobilization with a proclamation of Tuesday, May 19 as Buckle Up Day. Berks County Commissioner Mark C. Scott read a proclamation, which was signed by all three Berks County Commissioners. The photos were taken at First Energy Stadium at a traffic safety checkpoint conducted by the Reading City Police.
