Community Traffic Safety Program for Region 3

The Community Traffic Safety Programs focus on highway safety issues occurring in their respective counties. These focus areas include, but are not limited to: Aggressive Driving, Impaired Driving, Occupant Protection, Youth Drivers, Pedestrian Safety, and Bicycle Safety. The Community Traffic Safety Program Coordinators can assist police departments with school programs, public awareness, equipment, and other resources pertaining to Highway Safety.

Region 3 now has three speed trailers at its disposal.

One trailer is being stored in DuPont, Luzerne County.
Another trailer is stored in Saint Clair, Schuylkill County.
Our original trailer is stored with the Hamburg, Berks County, Police Department.
