Presenter Training for Educational Programs Buckle Up Pennsylvania offers training in three innovative traffic safety programs for students in grades K-12. The Back Is Where Itīs At - a program for elementary school students. It focuses on restraint use and and back seat usage for children 12 and under. Survival 101 - a program for secondary school students. It focuses on dangers to young drivers, including distraction, fatigue and speeding. Sixteen Minutes - a small group program for student´s within a month of their 16th birthdays.
